Shipping & Returns

To place an order:

Once you have chosen what you want to buy, the products will all be in your shopping cart. Then press ‘Go to checkout’. If you haven’t shopped before here you will be asked to fill in a form, which is very quick and will make it easier if you come back to shop here again, also it means you can track the status of your current orders and review your previous orders, I DON'T STORE ANY CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD DETAILS
If you have shopped here before you’ll just need to sign in.

When I get your order, you will be sent a conformation email saying exactly what you will be sent. If any thing is incorrect please let me know ASAP. Also if you don’t get a conformation email with in 3 days let me know. info@henniehaworth.co.uk.

Payment options?

The Hennie Haworth shop uses Paypal to process payments. If you don’t have a Paypal account then when you get to the payment screen press the button that says “if you do not have a Paypal account click here”, and you will be given the option to pay with out needing paypal.

The Hennie Haworth shop also accepts cheques. If you would prefer to pay this way then email me what you would like, info@henniehaworth.co.uk. Please note that if you pay this way, goods will not be despatched until the payment has cleared into my account.

Postage UK?

For UK orders under £35 there are 2 shipping options:

Standard First Class packet: £2 (Not traceable and requires no signature on delivery)

All UK orders over £35 will be shipped by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery at £3.23.

After the conformation email I will post items that are in stock within 2 –3 working days. Once posted I will email to let you know. If the item was out of stock I will let you know when to expect it.

If an item is sent back to me by Royal Mail I will contact you to re arrange another delivery. In this situation there will be an extra charge for postage to cover the cost of re sending the item.

Please note that the Hennie Haworth shop is not responsible for lost or damaged items once they have been given to royal mail to post in the UK or over seas.

How to order if you not from UK:

There are 2 International shipping options for orders under £60.

Standard Airmail which is not traceable or insured: Between £2.51 and £3.87 depending where you are.

International Signed For which is traceable until the parcel leaves the UK, and insured: Between £5.50 and £5.75 depending where you are. (This Signed For service requires a signature on delivery).

The Hennie Haworth shop is not responsible for customs duty or brokerage fees on overseas orders. These will have to be paid by the customer where applicable.

Refunds and Exchanges:

Email me at info@henniehaworth.co.uk within 7 days of the shipping date on your invoice to arrange a refund or an exchange. Do not send the item back before emailing me.

For exchanges where there is no mistake on my part I will have to ask for the postage to be paid again.

Merchandise must be returned unused and in the same condition that it was sent to you with the same labels and packaging. Please include a copy of the original invoice too. We cannot make refunds or exchanges for goods that have been damaged or marked by make-up, deodorant or perfumes whilst being tried on or that have been damaged by you after receipt. We will not be able to refund or exchange returned items where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.
